Our commitment to quality and satisfaction
New Horizons backs up the skill and quality put into each RV with a 2 year “Hitch-to-Bumper” warranty plus a 5 year warranty on our frame. The quality of the materials we use and our skilled workers help to reduce the need for warranty repairs. When there is a problem, we like to see it corrected as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience as possible. We would like to do the repair here at our facility, if possible, but in the instances where this is not possible, arrangements will be made to have the repair done at a facility in your area.
Component parts purchased by New Horizons RV are covered under separate manufacturers’ warranties specific to the item.
